Client’s Comments:

The client questionnaire/comments sheet [below] is an important tool for KTS which we have been mailing to our clients, with our invoices, for over 20 years. The reason we have been using the questionnaire for that many years is our client's written responses are a good indicator of our company's performance at all levels. Some of the responses have inspired KTS to modify company procedures or policies and many of the returned questionnaires are posted in our meeting/lunch room for field crews and office staff to see.
