Tim Ayers - Director of Safety & Human Performance
At Kramer Tree Specialists we understand continuous improvement at all levels is a key to our success. Tim Ayers is leading our growth in Safety & Human Performance as the Director.
Tim has been working in the construction industry for over 27 years. A great deal of his experience has been centered on solving recurrent issues for national utilities and construction companies through root cause and self-assessment processes. Much of Tim's success has been through implementation of change initiatives which have improved employee satisfaction, integrated mission statements and established simplified processes. Most have shown dramatic reduction in repeat incidents. Tim has developed and presented to an array of audiences for the purpose of motivating change and communicating findings.

Todd Kramer, our Director of Field Operations & Safety Training/Education, has excelled in this position and his reputation precedes him within the Arboricultural Industry.
